刘毅:男,1961年出生,博士,研究员/博导。高分辨率对地观测系统重大专项专家委员会临近空间系统组专家,中国科学院浮空器系统研究发展中心副总工,863计划地球观测与导航技术领域重大项目总体组专家,中国气象学会卫星气象专业委员会副主任。曾任中国科学院战略性先导科技专项应对气候变化的碳收支认证及相关问题专项总体组办公室主任。主持中国科学院战略性先导科技专项项目、高分辨对地观测系统重大专项项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目等。负责中国首颗CO2监测科学试验卫星探测仪的指标选取和优化方案,领导建立了反演系统,发布了中国碳卫星首幅全球分布图,反演精度达到国际先进水平。参加了COP21GEO重要国际会议,并在AGUIWGGMS等国际大会做特邀报告。发表论文70余篇。
