Broad technique expertise and management experience in research and development of the environmental monitoring analyzers and continuous emission monitoring systems with the ownership of multiple released products.
Effective product development leader on multiple ongoing projects, working closely with software, electronic and mechanic engineers, cross function groups of marketing, sale and production.
Strong experience in working with EPA, EPRI, Power & Cement Plants, consulting companies, diversified customers and vendors
Experience in field study, CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems) regulation, RATA (Relative Accuracy Test Audit) testing
Experience  in research and product development based on atomic& molecular spectroscopy, near IR & Mid IR lasers, FTIR, UV, UV fluorescence
Extensive experience in GC, LC, GC-MS, ICP, ICP-MS, AAS
Experience in data analysis, quality control, documentation and report writing
Deep research skills in atmospheric chemistry, kinetics modeling, environmental chemistry
Extensive knowledge in software, hardware, data acquisition, signal processing
